Using Orangeshots

These terms apply to the Orangeshots app and this website. By using the app, you agree to them. If you download Orangeshots from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your content

Your photos and the stories you make are yours. Orangeshots processes them on your iPhone only to make the stories you ask for. You are responsible for the photos you use and for what you share.

Subscriptions

Some features may need a paid subscription bought through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Free trials end when the trial period does, and you won't be charged if you cancel before then.

Acceptable use

Don't use Orangeshots to break the law or to harm anyone, and don't try to copy, change or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

No warranty

We work hard to make Orangeshots reliable, but it is provided "as is". Face matching and age estimates are suggestions and can be wrong; you can always correct them. Keep your original photos backed up.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
