Does Orangeshots upload my photos?
No. Everything happens on your iPhone. There is no Orangeshots server.
It matched the wrong person. How do I fix it?
Open the person in People and remove the photos that aren't them. Face matching is a suggestion, and your corrections make it better.
How do I change which photos Orangeshots can see?
In the app, open Settings > Privacy > Photo Access, or go to the iPhone Settings app > Orangeshots > Photos.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Orangeshots. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases in the app.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings > Data & Storage > Delete all app data, or delete the app. Your original photos are never touched.
